Sandrine Holt, born Sandrine Holt on the streets of London on the 19th of November 1972. She was born in London to a Chinese mother and French father. When she was just five the family relocated from Chinese to Canada. The model was from Paris and catwalks prior to her beginning a career as an actress. In the 1991 film Black Robe, she made her debut in film as Annuka. This role was recognized with an award called the Genie Award, the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui Rise In Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas, Dance with the Murderer and Poltergeist The Uncanny Force followed. Also, she appeared in guest appearances on Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension as well as Poltergeist The Uncanny Force. For 22 seasons she portrayed a pivotal role in John Woo's The Thief. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was later followed by Resident Evil Apocalypse in 2004. Both are available on DVDVHS. Following a string of small role in 24 Twenty Four, Runaway and other films she got her first big role as a main character. Holt began her career with minor guest roles as well as part-time roles in the series. In 2013, she took on the role of Hostages as the main character Hostages and was cast as a supporting character on the Netflix series House of Cards. She was Julie Han as part of the US remake The Returned and Dr. Bethany Exner.
